The common thought that good guys finish last is a often quoted theme. And I’d agree that good guys do finish last according to the bad guys, the half good / half bad guys and the guys and even girls who are not committed to the idea that there is a different kind of value to living life the right way and doing the right things. I have no problem finishing last according to their thinking because as my friend once said, “the first shall be last and the last shall be first.” Thanks Garry Shandling for helping us all see life another way, it all depends on where the finish line is or which finish line you are looking for.
